Conference Bursaries
The Australian Society of Agronomy is offering 15 bursaries to support students and young professionals to attend the 13th Australian Agronomy Conference in Perth, WA between 10-14 September 2006. These bursaries will be awarded on a competitive basis; 10 are intended to be awarded to students and 5 to young professionals.
The bursaries will be to the value of AUD $550 for applicants from interstate and overseas and $300 for applicants based in Western Australia. Bursaries will only be awarded to applicants that attend the conference and we expect that applicants will present a paper (oral or poster) at the conference. Remuneration will be provided at or after the conference upon the presentation of receipts for travel or registration.

Conditions and assessment
- Priority will be given to applicants who have submitted a paper (oral or poster) to the conference. Do this via the Author Gateway.
- Students must provide evidence of their current enrolment.
- Applicants will be assessed by a sub-committee of the Australian Society of Agronomy
- Electronic applications must be received by 5pm WST, 28 April 2006 to be eligible. No late applications will be considered.
