Conference registration

Registration for the Australian Society of Agronomy Conference in Perth in September 2006 is open. All delegates are invited to take advantage of the early bird rate of $660 and some great accommodation deals by registering online now.

How to register

Option 1: For authors intending to submit a paper and ASA members

Register with the website - if you have not already done so.
Login to the website with your username and password.
Click the Register link for online registration.

If you have forgotten your username and/or password you will need to enter your email address in the box provided on the login form and click the recover password link. A new password will be sent to your email address.

Option 2: For all other delegates to the ASA 2006 Conference

Conference delegates who are NOT submitting a paper to the 2006 conference may register using the link below. This option is also best for people or organisations who wish to register a third party to attend the conference.

Payment information

You can make a secure online payment by credit card (visa or mastercard only) or mail a cheque to the address below. In all instances you are required to fill out and submit the online registration form.

Overseas bank cheques must be in Australian dollars (AUD$), drawn on an Australian Bank and free of all charges. International delegates are advised to obtain a bank draft payable in Australian dollars if not paying by credit card.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Full refund minus AUD$100 cancellation fee will be given if written notification of cancellation is received before 08 August 2006. After 08 August 2006 no refunds will be given. Substitutes are welcome.

We will only use your personal information for the purposes (primary and secondary) which are permitted by the Information Privacy Act 2001, and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that we make you aware of how we use the information. We may use personal information about you in a variety of ways including:

Invoicing

Provision of an attendees list when you register at the Conference

The speakers, topics and times are correct at the time of publication. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Australian Society of Agronomy 2006 Committee reserves the right to delete or alter items in the Conference program.

Liability/insurance

The Australian Society of Agronomy and Esther Price Promotions cannot accept responsibility for financial losses incurred by the delegates and exhibitors in the event of industrial distruptions or natural disasters. Nor can the Australian Society of Agronomy and Esther Price Promotions take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Conference. Personal insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
