Paper submission

All papers must be submitted via the Author Gateway as follows:


Step 1: Download the template and guidelines for paper submission.
Right click here and select 'Save Target As...

Step 2: Prepare your paper using the Microsoft Word template. Please read and follow the instructions, they are there to help you make the review process simple and efficient for you as well as the reviewers and editors who have volunteered to undertake the review and editing of your paper.

Step 3: Upload your paper before the paper submission deadline on 30 April by logging into the website and clicking the Author Gateway link on the Welcome Page.

Note: It is important to keep the Document ID of your abstract for your submitted paper. Do this by "updating" the abstract rather than submitting a new paper.

How to access the Author Gateway

Please choose the option that applies to you.

  1. I know my username and password to login to this website.
    Click here to login to the Author Gateway.
  2. I think I am registered on the website but have forgotten my username and/or password.
    Click here to request a new password by entering your email address into the space provided. If your email address is not registered, you will need to create a new account.
  3. I am registered on this website with another email address and have forgotten all my details.
    Click here to use the form on the contact page to request a change of email address.
