Poster Guidelines

We invite those authors preparing posters to consider the following guidelines:

  • Posters should be prepared to standard AO size - which is 841mm wide x 1189mm deep.
  • Posters will be mounted onto black, Velcro compatible display boards - one poster per board.
  • We recommend you affix male Velcro to your posters, in readiness for mounting.

Poster presenters are asked to make themselves known to the conference registration desk on Sunday afternoon (20 September), where they will be advised of their poster location. We would like to have as many posters up on Sunday as possible, as the welcome function will be held around the poster displays.
