Stage 4
- Review 1: Resend
- Author 4: Papers returned for ammendment or accepted for publication.
- Author 5: Confirmation of authors as paid delegates or invitation to register.
- Delegate early bird registration closing.
- Review 2: Final reminder and thank-you to reviewers.

- Editor 1: List of papers for editing and editor instructions
- Author 6: Instructions for preparation of oral and poster presentations.
Stage 6
- Editor 2: Invitation to review draft publication and comment.
- Committee 2: Invitation to review handbook and abstracts.

- Invitation to check papers after the conference
