Travel and Accommodation

The Venue

The Adelaide Convention Centre is located on North Terrace in the CBD of Adelaide, adjacent to the picturesque River Torrens and parklands and near the Parliament, Art Gallery and other attractions.

Adelaide is a city of approximately 1.2 million people, situated between the beautiful Adelaide Hills and the long white beaches of the Gulf of St Vincent . Settled in 1836, Adelaide retains much of the charm and tranquility of the past while offering all the vigour, multicultural diversity and conveniences of a modern city.

Adelaide is known for its biennial Arts Festival, its many churches and graceful stone buildings and its location within an hour's drive of some of Australia's most famous and beautiful wine producing regions.

Adelaide is 30 minutes behind Eastern Standard Time and approximately two-and-half hours flying time from the East Coast of Australia. We recommend you plan your arrival for the afternoon of Sunday the 21st of September. If your intention is to arrive earlier, you can visit attractions such as the Barossa Valley, Kangaroo Island and the beautiful Flinders Ranges, as well as other sights closer to the city.
